Our exciting Traditional Okinawan Weapons Program is designed for juniors and adults. Our instructors teach students how to handle weapons such as; Bo staff, Tonfa, Sai, and Oar. Students also learn the rich history behind this part of the martial arts.

Students can earn a black belt ranking in this unique program.

It's a therapeutic practice that will develop your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We welcome beginners through advanced students. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises, and meditation make you healthier in body, mind, and spirit.

It is recommended you come to class on an empty stomach. If you have a mat, bring it in with you, if not we can provide one. Water and a towel are also recommended.
